Mandy discovered the world of real estate appraisal in 2016 and quickly found a career that perfectly suited her love of research, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Since then, she has gained extensive experience appraising a wide range of residential properties and takes pride in delivering accurate, well-supported valuations with the responsive service her clients have come to expect.
With a Bachelor of Science degree, the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation, and a diverse professional background in research, fish health, radio, and as the owner of a printing company, Mandy brings a unique perspective to the appraisal profession. Her strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and clear communication help ensure every appraisal is completed with care, precision, and professionalism.
As a co-founder of Pacific Peak Appraisal Group, Mandy is committed to providing dependable service, high-quality reports, and a positive experience for every client. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her exploring the beautiful parks and trails around Victoria with her dog, Maisie.
With a knack for keeping things running smoothly and a sharp eye for detail, Erika has been part of the appraisal world since 2019, starting in administration and quickly becoming the engine behind day-to-day operations. Now partner and serving as Operations Manager, she plays a key role in guiding workflow, supporting clients, and helping the business grow from the inside out.
Known for her practical approach and calm-under-pressure mindset, Erika is just as comfortable juggling deadlines as she is refining processes to make everything run more efficiently. She takes pride in being deeply involved in the evolution of the company, wearing many hats (and somehow keeping track of all of them).
Outside of work, you’ll likely find her hitting her daily 10,000 steps to keep up with her teenagers, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or soaking in everything that makes living in beautiful British Columbia so special.
With more than 30 years of appraisal experience, Heidi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Pacific Peak Appraisal Group. Throughout her career, she has valued a diverse range of property types, including apartment buildings, gas stations, motels, resort properties, industrial properties, vacant land, and residential real estate. Holding both the CRA and AACI, P.App designations, Heidi offers clients a depth of experience and a practical, well-rounded perspective.
Based in Comox, BC, Heidi now specializes in residential property valuations throughout the Comox Valley, Campbell River, and Oceanside regions. She is known for her thoroughness, professionalism, and strong understanding of local market conditions, providing clients with reliable, well-supported appraisal reports they can trust.
When she’s not working, Heidi enjoys making the most of Vancouver Island’s outdoor lifestyle. Whether she’s hiking, golfing, or spending time with her husband, family, and friends, she values the balance that comes from enjoying the community she proudly serves.
Susan brings a diverse background in broadcasting, communications, and client service to her role as a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Her career has been built on professionalism, clear communication, and exceptional client care, skills that have transitioned naturally into residential real estate appraisal.
With a genuine interest in property valuation, Susan enjoys researching local markets, analyzing property data, and developing her appraisal expertise under the guidance of Pacific Peak’s experienced team. She is committed to ongoing learning and delivering accurate, well-supported reports while providing responsive, dependable service to every client.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys exploring the communities and natural beauty of Vancouver Island, spending time with family and friends, and pursuing her passion for professional voice-over work.
Sewailu brings over 10 years of experience in financial administration, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. As Accounting Coordinator at Pacific Peak Appraisal Group, she plays an important role in supporting the team behind the scenes, ensuring financial processes are managed efficiently while helping keep the office running seamlessly. Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and proactive approach, Sewailu is always looking for ways to improve processes and provide exceptional support to both colleagues and clients.
Outside of work, Sewailu enjoys expressing her creativity through art and other creative projects. When she’s not working or creating, you’ll likely find her exploring local hiking trails, out on the water rowing, or getting lost in a good book. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, who keep life active and entertaining.
